Visible mending
Post us the knee you blew out. It comes back with an indigo patch and a grid of white stitches that will outlive the rest of the trousers.

Boro + embroidery · since the domain was free
Japanese visible mending for the clothes you refuse to throw out. Hand-stitched sashiko repairs, kits, and workshops. Also, we own the domain. You don't.
Boro is the old Japanese habit of patching worn cloth until the patches become the point. Sashiko is the running stitch that holds it all together. We do both.
Stitch lab · hitomezashi
Hitomezashi means "one-stitch" sashiko. Every row and column is a running stitch that starts either on or off the grid. Vowels start on, consonants start off, and the pattern draws itself. Same word, same cloth, every time.

To whoever searched for it second,
We know. You had the idea in the shower, it felt perfect, you opened a registrar tab already picturing the logo. Then the little red word: taken.
That was us. We didn't have a business plan. We had a name, a pun, and a card that hadn't expired yet. We clicked faster.
We hope your second-choice name is lovely. We hope you stitch something with it. We will not be selling this one, so please stop refreshing the WHOIS.
